Land South Partners is a professional asset management company established in 1992. We specialize in the acquisition and disposition of all types of real estate and loans including non-performing, performing, and sub-performing loans, bankruptcies, company liquidations, bank liquidations, tax liens, and distressed properties on a national basis with emphasis on the Southeast.
Land South has placed a major emphasis and expended capital on facilitating the creation of a nation-wide network of contacts both for acquisition and disposition. We have consolidated our efforts with those of several international financial sources who are involved in the primary and secondary debt market.

Carey E. Graham
K. Wayne Nix graduated from Anderson Junior College and holds a B.S. from Erskine College in Economics. He served as a captain in the US Marine Corps before coaching high school football in South Carolina for 13 years. Wayne is the managing partner of Land South and is in charge of all negotiations.
Carey E. Graham graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics. He is in charge of all contracts, dealing with all regulatory agencies, and coordinating leasing opportunities for the company.
